Returns & Exchanges
Please be aware that all Anna Beck merchandise purchased online must be returned directly to Anna Beck, and not any other retail stores. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought in a retail store or on another website. If this is the case, please refer to their return policy for further information.
AnnaBeck.com will accept items for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 5 days of receiving shipment, less shipping costs. During the month of December, we will accept returns for a full refund until January 15th. For items returned after that period, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. Items must be unworn and returned in new and original condition. All sale items are final and non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges.
A Return Authorization (RA#) MUST be obtained before returning any items. To receive your RA#, please initiate a return by following this link: https://www.annabeck.com/pages/start-a-return if you have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 323.954.4700. For your security, please send merchandise back via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope. Anna Beck is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund, exchange or store credit to be processed.
